"THE POWER OF TITLES AND WORDS" recent show on LET IT BE KNOWN LIVE RADIO

On our most recent segment of LET IT BE KNOWN LIVE RADIO ..........we addressed the misconceptions and power that titles evoke on all of us. Society as a whole is driven by titles and those same titles can dictate the overall respect that one is given or not. They tend to not mean nothing if someone doesn't step into their role responsibly. One thing that we had to address was how in the Black community we have taken away the importance of both Mother and Father by downgrading them to "Baby Mother" and "Baby Father". In their usage, those terms will usually constitute a single person with children or a person with children that is in a non-marital relationship. As the show continued to flow with substance, we brought up many titles that are contributing to the regression and setback of the people.
